Toccoa Guesthouse.

Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

Currahee Manor

This 3-bedroom, 2-full bath historic 1920 home sits on 5 acres. It is perfect for relaxing getaway. The porches are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The spacious yard also offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, making it an ideal spot for children to run and play. Our property includes board games, bad mitten, corn hole boards and a fire pit. The home is filled with antique furniture and décor, giving it a unique and charming atmosphere and old-world charm.

Brick House Cottage

This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

You'll feel right at home in our 3 bedroom/2 full bath cottage, a quick 5 minute drive from downtown Toccoa. Our secluded location and quaint accommodations are ideal for a small family, friend, or work foothills retreat. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.

We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
