Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Moody’s Lookout

Moody’s lookout is the most spacious of the 5 suites tucked inside Main Street Suites in downtown Brasher Falls. Don’t let the name fool you(inspired by the previous building owner). Guests will be everything but “moody” after staying in their large 2 bedroom efficiency Suite with private second story balcony that overlooks the St Regis River. Located directly on the St Lawrence county ATV trail system, and only steps away from Riverview bar and Restaurant, and Jelly beans campground.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. The Mews
