This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

We keep the door locked between the studio and the house and there are no shared areas. There is private external access and ample street parking. Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Enjoy the large comfortable living area with fans & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 is large & comfortable & has a QS bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
