It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. Close access to I 40 and route 66 to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge areas. 8 miles to Knoxville Tennessee and surrounding areas are a short drive away. Stocked coffee/tea bar.

It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

We do have an indoor/outdoor cat that lives here. If you aren't a fan of cats then this isn't the place for you! LOL
