This property is not suitable for children under 12. You’ll have two queen bedrooms (one private, one semi), a full bathroom, and a spacious open area with a living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Sprawling patios, a BBQ, pool, and vineyard views. We’re right upstairs if you need anything—otherwise, it’s your little piece of paradise.

Welcome to “The Sparrows Nest” your vacation home away from home. Our home is located in Trout Creek, a 5 minute drive from the center of Summerland, 15 minutes to Penticton. The unit sleeps up to 5 people. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible but we ask for quiet time after 11 PM. This 2 level studio has a spacious living area with sofa plus sofa-bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 2 raised lofts with queen size beds.
