A golf cart is included for golfing and access to the rest of The Villages. 1 minute to the Waterlily golf cart bridge and 8 minutes to Brownwood Square. If so you’ll get to have these and many more experiences here during your stay. Our Airbnb is different, and our main focus is on offering rememberal experiences to our guests. We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife rescue here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway.

We love this home because the location is FANTASTIC! It's under a mile to Sumter Landing (walking distance for us :)). Also, new floors, paint, etc! The living room furniture is extremely comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every room. (The second bedroom but needs your own Roku or Firestick!) There is a cart included which is the best way to see The Villages. We know you will love it here! Let us know if you have any questions.
