Nana's Cabin

Nana's Cabin is located on a private pond 4 miles from downtown. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother. Guests can drive right to the front door. There is a full well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has tub w/shower, washer & dryer. One queen bed downstairs & a queen, a twin and 2 pull out beds upstairs. Note: The Denali National Park entrance is a 3 hour drive from Talkeetna! There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Climb aboard back to 1956! This DC-6 air freighter spent its life flying the skies of Alaska, hauling critical frieght and fuel to remote villages around the state. Now you can climb aboard for one last flight and stay in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath airplane house with full kitchen, living room, and cockpit! Serenity Heights Place offers a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy nature in beautiful Willow Alaska. We offer a 750sf open concept apartment which is modern, airy, and extremely clean above our detached garage. It is secluded but close to the main Parks Highway. Walls of windows provide spectacular sunrise, sunset or star viewing. On a clear night, look for the Aurora Borealis, our famed Northern Lights. We have a large parking area for a boat or trailer and live in the main house year around.

Experienced fly-fishermen walk up and down the river & fish for trout. Hip boots recommended. We recommend going with a fishing guide for best experience. Owners live on the property, separate house, separate driveway.

Why stay with the crowds when you can have privacy. Lots of hiking trails right from the house are available. Moose often walk through this area.
