Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

We have a friendly dog as well.

Near scenic John Forest National Park, great walks in the Swan Valley and Perth Hills area. Continental breakfast and light meal are ready for you to put together in the kitchen.

Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the river or relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring the Swan Valley and Perth Hills. The guest suite is the entire ground floor of our house with its own private entrance, garden and private deck. We welcome adults only. Sorry, no children.
