Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage is a self contained spacious one bedroom stable conversion with a secure courtyard garden. You can also have access to our private 7 acre field. The village has a lovely dog friendly pub, an excellent local shop and butchers all within a 5 minute walk of the cottage. The village is located in the Wensum Valley, a well renowned beautiful chalk stream. The cottage has easy access to Norwich, 14 miles and is 35 minutes from the North Norfolk coast. Discounts available for 3+nights.

Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk

Kick back & relax in a calm stylish space in the central Norfolk countryside village of Mattishall. Rayners Lodge provides beautiful accommodation for 6, with a sociable open-plan Kitchen Diner Lounge & 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 king size beds & 2 single beds) & a family bathroom. Outside there are decking & patio areas plus a small grass garden (dogs or children would need to be supervised as these areas are not secure) A private driveway provides parking up to 4 vehicles - no EV charging.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

Squirrel Lodge

Sitting pretty within the Hawthorns Glamping site, Squirrel Lodge is the latest chic addition. With a contemporary feel throughout, this light and airy lodge is open plan living at its best, offering spacious studio accommodation to couples looking for somewhere really special for their break. Lavender Cottage

Perfect for families or groups, this delightful retreat sleeps up to 8 guests, including a double sofa bed – ideal for larger gatherings or extended family getaways. Parking for one vehicle available in private shared carpark. Unfortunately work vans do not fit, but On road parking available for further vehicle.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
