With 4 bedrooms, each sporting a comfortable queen bed and a unique color theme to fit all different personalities. Enjoy everything the lake has to offer, sit out on the back deck and enjoy the sounds of nature, or take a quick ride into town and grab a bite to eat or do some shopping along the Ohio River.

There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

This floating home is located in a beautiful setting in a cove off the Ohio River. Drive to nearby towns and visit antique shops and restaurants in Vevay and Madison, Indiana. Clifty Falls is a great place to hike. Beltera Casino Resort is down the street and the marina is also close to Rising Sun, Hollywood Casino, and Sunset Grill on the water in Warsaw, Kentucky. Conveniently located close to The Neeley Family Distillery. Some have visited the Ark while staying here also.
