Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Newly built house with garden. It is a detached house in the center of Sikia with a big garden including some olive trees. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a table, a kitchen equipped with cookware,a bathroom and also one more WC. There is enough space for parking 2 cars. The beach of Sikia is just 4 km far from the house and some of the most famous beaches of Sithonia Chalkidiki are really close (Sarti 10km, Kavourotripes 17 km, Orange beach 17km, Kriaritsi 9km, Tigania 10km, Toroni 20km)

Το Studio Filio είναι μια πολυτελή κατοικία στα 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα Βαλτί, στη Σιθωνία Χαλκιδικής. Περιβάλλεται από πράσινο και η παραλία έχει μαγευτική θέα το όρος Άθως. Το σπίτι της Αλκυόνης-Το δεύτερο στούντιο, είναι μία πρόταση για όσους επιθυμούν να ξεφύγουν και να χαλαρώσουν. Το στούντιο είναι άνετο ώστε να φιλοξενήσει ένα ζευγάρι 2 ατόμων και ένα παίδι. Βρίσκεται πάνω στον επαρχιακό δρόμο Νικήτης-Σάρτης στο 78ο χλμ. Η μαγευτική παράλια της Τορώνης απέχει μόνο 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Apartment does not have an aircon but, stone thick walls are much better ! Kitchen is fully equipped, and also there is a barbecue area outside.
