The pool is available all year but is only heated from March to July & September to the end of October. A quiet residential location, not far from Ria Formosa river & Nature Reserve. The nearest town is Tavira, a great historical town noted for having the highest number of church buildings. numerous restaurants/bars & fresh produce market.

It is in this haven of peace full of history that you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay. B2 is a fully equipped villa (80 m²) which can accommodate 4 people and has a terrace with a view on the sea.

The outdoor living space includes an al fresco dining area for eight, an amazing cooking area with Weber gas and traditional Portuguese grill, as well as multiple sitting and lounging areas around the covered wrap-around terrace. Super comfortable beds. Restaurants, grocery stores and services just a few minutes drive away.

The villa in Luz de Tavira is located in a rural area and surrounded by typical Portuguese houses, greenery and close to the highway, making it a good base for exploring the region. Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)
