Bunkie has 2 sets of bunkbeds, small fridge, screened in porch & small dinning area. Boat dock / town boat launch within eyesight. Close to grocery, liquor store & chip truck. Lots of hiking trail & great fishing. Canoe & paddle boat, water floating pad for your use as well. Great snowmobiling in the winter.

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
