A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. The apartment comprises an entrance lobby with a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, tableware for 2), a 5-piece modern bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, sink, bidet) and a magnificent master bedroom with a huge four-poster bed. The Annexe

Very light self contained Annexe in a peaceful rural location in the lovely village of Chelmondiston, near Ipswich. The village contains shops, pubs and the River Orwell, and all are within walking distance. Plenty of parking, you will have your own private entrance and west facing patio to enjoy the Suffolk sunsets. Two TVs and compact but full kitchen with washer / dryer. Well-behaved pets are allowed but please note the outside space is not fully enclosed. All bookings via AirBNB please.

The Annexe

The Annexe is self contained, with a private entrance and ample parking. Suitable for a single person, it is situated in a quiet and peaceful location. Although rural, it is close to the A120 with good road links to Clacton on Sea, Harwich, Colchester and Manningtree. Accommodation comprises of kitchenette, separate sitting/bedroom and shower room. Good Wi-Fi. EV charger by separate negotiation. There is no outside seating area. There is a locked interconnecting door to our property.
