It's a 10-minute stroll down a beautiful bush track to Narrawallee Beach and 10 minutes' walk to Mollymook Beach. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Perched in the trees, the house enjoys an elevated position and is less than 100 metres from the dog-friendly Cormorant beach. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves! Bawley Point is a hidden gem. On the first floor the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an internal laundry. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . A communal BBQ is by the tennis court. It is a short level 250m walk to the golf club.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!
