It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

It is a perfect place to stay in a peaceful neighbourhood close to forests and fields with beautiful sunsets. You will be greeted by friendly, experienced hosts who are always happy to help you. Come to the hill of love and stay in pri lipi hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The very special thing in this apartment is the club table and relaxing living room chairs that are here since the sixties. This way you can relax and lay back, maybe get a cup of tea or coffee just like in the old days.
