Hot water, power back up, free wifi free parking area etc are available. It is 27 km away from Kannur International Airport and 7km away from Kannur town. Kitchen facility is available for those who want to cook on their own. Our cottage is upstair, there is 2 internal rooms with attached bathroom's.

A heritage house and cottage 9 km from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . Main house has two bedrooms and the cottage, three making a total of 5. Guests get one bedroom per couple booked, two bedrooms for 4 people and so on. We normally host one couple/group at a time, other bedrooms remain vacant. Free use of common spaces , gardens , pool ,Kayaks, snooker table etc. Speedboat with driver if available is chargeable. Breakfast is included.
