Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι 140 τ.μ. στα βόρεια προάστια της Αθήνας. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται κοντά στο βουνό Πάρνηθα, ανάμεσα στα πεύκα, με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Μια ιδανική τοποθεσία για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να εξερευνήσουν την Αθήνα ενώ απολαμβάνουν τη φύση. Το κέντρο της Αθήνας απέχει 23 χιλιόμετρα και είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο, περίπου 25 λεπτά (το πιο γρήγορο μέσο), αλλά μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, περίπου 1 ώρα και 10 λεπτά (1 λεωφορείο και μετρό).

Είναι καταπληκτικό και άνετο διαμέρισμα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένεια ή για παρέα. Είναι πολύ φωτεινό και ευχάριστο. Υπάρχει αυλή και πάρκινγκ. Μπορείτε να πιείτε το καφεδάκι σας στην αυλή και να ψήσετε. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά απο την στάση λεωφορείου και προαστιακού τραίνου. Μπορείτε να φτάσετε στο κέντρο της Αθήνας σε 25 λεπτά, στο Πειραιά σε 30 λεπτά και στην θάλασσα της Κινέττας σε 35 λεπτά.
