We live in a unit upstairs with our own separate entrance. Welcome to our beach house, a two story home in a private street overlooking the lovely Park/Carlton beach. We live on the top floor in a self contained unit leaving the ground floor 3 bedroom house for your use. Included is a large open plan lounge with large TV and fully equipped kitchen dining area.
