Charming "Tiny Home" (Casita) in semi-gated community (security cameras on premises & home is alarmed). Casita is right ON the beach- access is directly beyond the deck gate. Interior is traditional MX colors. You can't get any closer to the beach than this casita. It is located in midtown Rosarito & within walking distance of the pier, numerous spas, and to all the popular bars & restaurants. It has a wonderful private deck (on the sand) that you can use to relax or to enjoy family/friends.

Tu familia estará cerca de todo si te hospedas en este alojamiento céntrico el vecindario tranquilo y seguro contamos con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda a 5 minutos an auto de papas&beer y 5 minutos caminando de la playa estacionamiento privado para un auto mediano, para pickups pueden estacionar en la calle el barrio es muy seguro al ser una calle cerrada la casa es totalmente nueva! Contamos con una regadera exterior para quitar la arena al regresar de la playa 🙏🏻

A small and comfy house with one bedroom, 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, located at a calm neighborhood. The area has security 24/7 with a community gate, and it is close to the beach--a must stay place. The house comes with internet wifi and ethernet connection (ethernet cable not included), and cable tv. Parking is only for one car, with guest parking nearby. There is 2 pools, 1 is next to a restaurant and the beach. Communication will be all done in English and Spanish.

Only steps away from the beach and minutes from delicious food, markets, and locations like Papas and Beer. Our home comfortably sleeps 4-6 people, and is equipped with a shower, microwave, fast Wifi, and a 32" smart TV. Driveway for parking on site for 2 cars.
