It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

The front bedroom has a king-sized bed, the middle bedroom has two twins, the back bedroom has a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms, remodeled 2023 include walk-in showers, one has a shallow tub. There's ample parking for three cars. The private shaded garden to the side of the cottage includes patio table and chairs. Short walk or bike ride to the restaurants & shops.
