Welcome to our Family Cottage. We are located at 819 Leclair on Kamiskotia Lake, just 7 minutes from the Mount Jamieson Ski Hill. This brand new build offers the perfect combination of peace, comfort, and activities. Enjoy enough space for the entire family or your closest friends while relaxing under the stars around the firepit. Golfing, ATV trails, skiing, snowmobiling, swimming and fishing can all be found nearby. This brightly lit open-concept cottage will be the perfect home base.

The Paca Shack

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in a natural setting surrounded by our friendly furry companions. Our trailer offers a cozy retreat for 4 adults and 2 children, with ample space for a playpen. Wake up to the gentle sights and sounds of alpacas grazing just outside your window, and savor a tranquil morning with a cup of coffee. Depending on your arrival time, you will get a small tour with check-in. We also offer walks, workshops and retreats.

Camp Croc

Throw on your Crocs and make the trek to Timmins Ontario (home of Shania Twain 😉) for the best cottage experience you can imagine! (ADULTS ONLY - NO KIDS) From the sandy beach and fire pit to all the water toys, rock cliffs and walking trails - this is a Northern Ontario retreat that you don’t want to miss out on. Lakeside Escape

Renovated 2 bedroom (1 queen +1 bunk bed) walk out basement apartment with private entrance at Nellie Lake. Parking in the driveway (on gravel). Absolutely No parking on grass. We live upstairs in the main house so you will hear noise. Enjoy all the amenities of lakeside living. Take a swim in the refreshing water, fish off the end of the dock, paddle the lake in one of the kayaks or lounge in the sun. Enjoy sunsets and the call of the loons.

Riverfront House with double yard

Welcome to our spacious, recently renovated home with beautiful views of the river. Great for fishing off the dock and boating. Relax on the patio. Have fun in the double size waterfront fenced in yard. Get cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or on the propane BBQ. Get cozy at the fire pit or chill out with a movie on the apple HDTV. We have plenty of parking and are walking distance to restaurants, shops, bank, library, hospital, and LCBO.

Welcome to Norman by the River—your Nordic-inspired escape built for comfort and connection. Enjoy a full-body reset with the private 8-person SAÜNA, cool off in the DIY cold plunge deck (summer months only), and gather around the backyard firepit. With direct snowmobile trail access, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, ample parking, and cozy shared spaces, it's the perfect retreat for work crews, families, or wellness-focused getaways.

Come away and relax in a uniquely refurbished piece of history. The locally known Tilton Hilton has been remodelled into a spacious three bedroom getaway. High ceilings and natural light overlook beautiful Frederick House Lake. Spend time admiring the sunset or cast your line off the dock. Eclectic decor and many reclaimed materials make this place unique. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

A home away from home

This 2 bedroom home is set up to be a home away from home whether you're on a work trip or a personal vacation. It is close to restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other stores and close to a very popular walking trail. The fire pit and backyard patio are buried under snow in the winter months. The listing says not suitable for infants and children because there’s stairs but children are welcome.

Set amid old growth White Pines and cedars this area offers a beautiful view of the lake. We are also the only cottage on the lake. Come and experience life at a slower pace and the privacy this cottage provides. "A Little Piece of Heaven" is how my father-in-law described this cottage when he finished building it. We are happy to be able to share it with you.

Tiny Cabin is a cozy retreat ideal for nature lovers. Located near scenic walking trails and offering direct access to OFSC Trail A for snowmobiles, it’s perfect for outdoor adventures. The cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests and provides a peaceful escape from city life. Please note, the steep staircase may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Keans Cottage

Spring has finally arrived at Keans Cottage, your getaway on Ice Chest Lake! Come shake off the winter blues in this cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath lakeside cabin located on a private lakefront with large firepit, woodburning sauna, and wooded walking trails at your doorstep. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
