Lovely one bedroom flat in Bayside Manly West

My place is a lovely private flat and is detached from the main house. There is public transport to the city at the end of the street. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.

The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

Carindale Retreat is a self-contained modern guest suite in family home atop a hill overlooking Carindale, and out to Brisbane city. Alongside the open plan bedroom-dining-lounge area with city views, this suite has a separate kitchenette and bathroom. As well as this you'll enjoy the secluded patio space with your own outdoor table, chairs and gas BBQ. Great for business stays and stopovers.

The Little Scandi Studio is one room 14.2sqm there is a large Queen bed a fully equipped kitchenette and modern bright separate bathroom. The Little Scandi Studio has a small outdoor deck a BBQ with table and 2 chairs contained in a secure courtyard. Which also has a washing machine.
