The perfect solution for your southern Iowa trip. Located close to Ellston Ia & Sun Valley Lake, our smaller unit is like a hotel room. It has a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. You have your own small kitchen. A patio in the front that over looks the back yard and the burn pit. The bathroom has a fabulous shower and plenty of hot water. Stocked with towels and comfy bedding this place is truly a hideaway. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge and plenty of other kitchen utensils and dishes.

Just 35 minutes from Maryville, home of NWMSU, this stay provides the joys of country living while still being in driving distance of our favorite towns. We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries.
