Excellent location for fishing, tubing & kayaking onsite. 20 mins to downtown Blue Ridge, 10 mins to downtown McCaysville & downstream from Lake Blue Ridge

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

In the North Georgia mountains, The Roost is situated on the edge of the National Forest and hugs the banks of the Toccoa River. You can hike nearby trails, tube, kayak, swim, or fish during the day, then spend your evening relaxing in the hot tub on the screened porch overlooking the river. - Fully Stocked Kitchen - Sleeps 7 - Fire pit - Dog friendly: $75 fee per pet - Propane Grill - 40-45 minutes from nearby towns. This real log cabin sits just 25 feet from the beautiful Cartecay River in Ellijay. The cabin is made of reclaimed white oak logs that are over 200 years old. The upstairs loft features a queen size daybed, shuffleboard table, and 65" TV. The property also has a private nature trail with 250+ steps down to the covered creekfront gazebo. There is a hot tub, firepit area, high speed internet, and washer/dryer.
