Cabin home made for connecting with friends & family, nestled at the end of a quiet gravel road. Ample space to dine, entertain & sleep a big family, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3 sleeper sofas - but comfortable for a couple as well. Main living area includes a very large TV with satellite and a wood-burning fireplace (& breathtaking views). Large gameroom with billiards, darts, boardgames, arcade game (free play), fooseball, & pingpong. Pool and hot tub out back may be open all year!

Welcome to Rushing Waters Retreat! Nestled on the forested mountainside, our cabin invites you to fully enjoy nature. The soothing sound of the rushing creek can be heard the moment you arrive. Fed by a natural spring, the creek is always flowing! Relax on the screened porch among the treetops, swing on the lower deck, or venture down to the creek and simply disconnect from the trappings of daily life. We hope you'll find rest and peace here. The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Convenient location off of Mineral Bluff Highway. You may hear some road noise from the home.

6 Ponds Farm Guesthouse

6 Ponds Farm is a woman-owned 30 acre homestead surrounded by forests. 6 ponds and organically grown medicinal herbs, including 100 blueberries, make this farm a beautiful retreat. A barn, kayaks for paddling, a stand up paddle board, bicycles, a salt water pool, fire pit, & gas grills, are available for guests. The guesthouse is available for rental where you will have full access to the property. Please note the bed and sofa are in the same space. We are pet friendly.
