Catkin Hollow Homestead

Catkin Hollow is a friendly homestead with goats, chickens, dogs, and the occasional pig and sheep family. Views across the hollow are fantastic for sunrises. Star gazing couldn’t be more awe-inspiring. Come along and do morning farm chores with us, if you want. Or sleep in and visit the livestock with a treat later. Every booking receives goat milk soap and fresh eggs made from the homestead. Can’t get more local than that! Plus, a few regional items to make breakfast and your stay perfect.

This eclectic home features a large country kitchen with an outdoor deck. Within a mile is access to a nature center and long rail trail for biking/hiking. Only two miles from lake swimming and hiking in a State park and only 12 minutes drive to downtown Ithaca. Or head north and check out the many award winning wineries, breweries, cideries and distilleries in the region, many of which feature great food and music. Many gorges, waterfalls and great hiking opportunities to enjoy in the region.

This inspired home is in the heart of the finger lakes near spectacular waterfalls and the rich culture of a Trumansburg, NY. This lovingly restored 1800s home is centered within a beautiful garden and is heated by fire. The gardens change seasonally with an array of beautiful flowers and vegetables which find their way to our urban farm stand. This cozy 8x10 retreat features a full-size bed for two, a coffee station, and a mini fridge, everything you need for a comfortable escape. Our signature Copper Horse coffee blend on the spacious 8x10 covered deck. As the sun rises, watch the mist lift over rolling hills, grazing horses, and sheep—a peaceful, pastoral scene that invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. Your private outdoor space also includes: charcoal grill, hammock for lounging, convenient water hydrant.

Tent&Yurt Camp@Sanctuary In The Woods

10 forested acres 12 miles from Ithaca. Camp small yurt w/padded floor & also at site is a dry lean-to with double bed platform inside. You are welcome to set up tents as well at site. Campfire has grill, benches,picnic table, hammock, table for supplies, Adirondack chair, swing, seesaw, large checker set. Many well marked trails. Assess to well water. Firewood dry seasoned chopped ash available on porch $7 per bundle. We have an outdoor hot water on demand shower & a port-a-potty.

Ithaca Boat House-Cottage on Cayuga -Lower Unit

The Ithaca Boat House offers the feel of living on the water without the waves. Situated directly on the E. Shore of Cayuga Lake, our rental offers instant lake access. Enjoy leisurely days on the dock swings or taking a refreshing swim. Whether you seek relaxation or activity, there's something here for everyone. Outside is a wraparound dock to enjoy the lake. A long pergola walkway covered in lights adds to the view.

The cabin sits 4 miles east of Ithaca downtown and Cornell, surrounded by hiking trails, 45 minutes to Seneca wineries and an hour from Skaneateles or Syracuse. This is a great base camp for all your central New York adventures. Go for a hike to a waterfall, soak in the claw foot tub, let the dogs run in the yard, and make a delicious meal in the kitchen. Scottland Yard Farm proudly offers 'The Queen's Quarter's'. This (dog friendly) sweet little home will easily accommodate 5 people. It has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a loft with a full size bed and twin floor mattress. There is a lovely full size marble bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The open living room kitchen area has a cozy propane operated fireplace.
