But if you do, you are only a stones throw away from some of the best eateries & boutiques the Southern part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

Our recently redecorated four-bedroom holiday home has large indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, with BBQ, firepit, new kitchen, two new bathrooms, one with double shower, and an outdoor shower for after the beach! Comfortably sleeping 6 adults and 6 kids each room has its own air-con, heating, and ceiling fans.
