This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

With access to private trails leading into the Lost Dutchman State Park and Tonto National Forest you be able to explore all the desert you'd like. Nestled close to the famous Goldfield Historic Ghost Town, Paseo Event Center, the infamous Hitching Post Saloon and only minutes away from Canyon Lake. One bedroom is open concept without a door and includes bunk beds. The other is a master suit.

The master has a king size bed and a full bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have queen size beds. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a large tv. Note: At times there will be an old classic car parked in the driveway.
