The new renovated ancient townhouse with private pool is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets. The house has several terraces with spectaculair sea and nature views. The house offers a spacious livingroom with fireplace, big sofa, dining table, relax chairs and desk. Nice well equiped kitchen. 2 bedroom with double beds, bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Very private garden with outdoor kitchen, pool, diningtable, relax chairs and sunbeds

Wonderful view in Ladera del Mar 1

The property has amazing sea views from every room. From the terrace you can enjoy 180 degrees of sea view with sun all day. The apartment is easy to access, with no stairs (just one step) and free parking on the street outside. There is a great pool close to the property. Unclear when open due to drought in Andalucia (normally Apr to Oct) and the closest beach (el Playazo) is 700 meters away and goes 1.5 km towards center of Nerja. It takes around 5 minutes to drive into the center of Nerja.

The bedroom provides you with a window and balcony overlooking the tranquility of the valley. Furthermore, the marvelous terrace offers views of the mountains and countryside, where you can relax. Just an 8-minute drive away, you can enjoy the beaches and then return to the village to savor the tranquility.

House with pool and sea view

The house is situated in an elevated, favoured location (Ladera del Mar) on the outskirts of Nerja. The sea can be seen from all rooms and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Due to the elevated location, we recommend that you hire a car. The beautiful centre can also be reached on foot along the sea, by bus (7 minutes to the bus stop) or by taxi. The house has a beautiful outdoor kitchen, the pool area and a large balcony with a lounge on the 1st floor. Here you can live outside!

La Casita del Sol

Preciosa casita ubicada en Torrox Pueblo, en la Axarquia de Málaga donde poder disfrutar de unas fantástica vacaciones entre el mar y la montaña. Fácil aparcamiento justo detrás de la casa y parada de autobús a 50 metros. A 5 minutos en coche de la playa, preciosas rutas de senderismo, cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. La casa está preparada con todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de unas merecidas vacaciones.

Preciosa casa con vistas al mar y montaña

Situada a 15 minutos del aeropuerto,con magníficas vistas. Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior

Villa hasta 8 personas, piscina frente al mar

La casa está abierta al mar y al paisaje. En la primera planta predomina el diseño contemporáneo. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso, con un enfoque minimalista e isleño. Tercera planta y Loft, se trata de un espacio abierto de influencia oriental. Vivienda vacacional registrada en la Consejería de Turismo y Deporte para tales fines. VFT/GR/00318
