Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Mon Petit Domaine : une ambiance familiale et conviviale dans un lieu d'exception. Vous êtes aux premières loges pour observer la faune : chevreuils, cerfs, lièvres ... Piscine de 6 x 12 partagée avec un second gîte du domaine. De nombreux aménagements et activités possibles : terrain de badminton, terrain de pétanque, pêche, balançoire, bac à sable, soin aux animaux, potager ... Fin août : le brame du cerf sous votre fenêtre ! En hiver : recherche de truffes en compagnie de notre chien.

La Petite Maison à la Peyriere is a sympathetically restored traditional stone cottage dating from 1620. Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Gîte situé sur les hauteurs de Trémolat avec vue imprenable sur la Dordogne, pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Pour une superficie de 30 m², ce logement a tout pour plaire, avec en plus une petite piscine. Une pièce principale avec coin repas et cuisine ouverte sur un joli petit salon. Une salle d’eau séparée avec grande douche, toilettes et lavabo. Une chambre avec son espace de rangement. Attenante au studio, une terrasse couverte de 20 m² pour vous détendre et prendre vos repas.

Character stone property with 3 bedrooms situated in a secluded rural hamlet in Pezuls, Black Perigord only 5km from the Dordogne river, in between Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac with easy access to all the Dordogne has to offer. It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Cette Propriété composée de deux Villas indépendantes mais louées ensemble est installée sur un parc arboré de 5000m2 avec vue sur la Dordogne. Vous vous retrouverez entre amis ou en famille pour un délicieux moment. Les deux Maisons de la Plaine peuvent recevoir 14 convives qui profiteront avec plaisir de la piscine (6mx12m plan incliné), de la Terrasse à Brasero et de l'Espace Repas Extérieur dans ce splendide parc arboré.

Beautiful gîte with private pool

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.

You are very welcome at our farmhouse. The farm is in a quiet and rural location. The property is suitable for 9 people and has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen diner. Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
