It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. The Garden Retreat is a lovely, recently created space providing guests with their own private garden and seating, a comfy bedroom, including sofa area and ensuite with a large shower. We are in a fantastic location close to great amenities and a 5-10 min walk from 3 stunning beaches. It is part of our home, has it's own entrance and is separate to the main house. We will share a garden path and you may well see us out and about but we will leave you relaxed and peaceful to enjoy your own space

Newquay Sea-side town is only a 5 minute walk and has many bars and restaurants. We are also very close to many popular Newquay attractions, such as Newquay Zoo, Trenance Boating Lake & Park, Newquay Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool and Soft Play. You can also visit us by train as Newquay Train Station is only a 5 minute walk away.

The beach offers soft sand, easy swimming, family fun, surfing + rock pools to explore at low tide. The house has a luxurious layout with everything you will need for a fantastic holiday. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and a 10 minute walk into town. Off street parking for 2 cars is available, plus free street parking right outside the house. Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.
