Πρόκειται για 2 πετρόκτιστα διαμερίσματα λίγο έξω από την Σητεία, σε αραιοκατοικημένη περιοχή. Το καθένα φιλοξενεί έως 3 ενήλικες ή 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά, ενώ το συγκρότημα περιλαμβάνει εκτάσεις κήπων όπου κυριαρχούν αμπέλια, φρούτα, λαχανικά, κ.α.. Τα τελευταία διατίθενται προς κατανάλωση, εφόσον το επιθυμείτε. Επιπλέον, τα διαμερίσματα είναι εξοπλισμένα με είδη πρωινού (καφές, μαρμελάδα, κ.α.).
