Turn of the century farm house built in 1903. 4th generation homestead of the Smith family. Main floor has the king suite, kitchen, bath, living room with propane fireplace. Upstairs are 3 more rooms with a bathroom. 360 degree view of the palouse farm ground with beautiful mountains in the background. Hot tub and fire pits make this a destination to enjoy year round.

This cozy "Shouse" (shop house) is located on a 136 acre farm. Guests have a view of a working cattle ranch with horses, a mini donkey, a pony and a few free range chickens. The "Guest Farmshouse" is decorated in French Country & Farmhouse Chic! Your host (Sheena) was a housekeeper for elite executives in the area for over 10 years. I am very meticulous and can guarantee a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. The house has been newly remodeled with a newer kitchen, carpet and paint!

My home is only a half block to downtown Troy and 11 miles to Moscow so close to Uof I and WSU. . It is central to many recreational opportunities like the Latah Trail for biking and walking, Spring Valley Reservoir, Elk River Falls and has a great city park.
