This studio is spacious & comfortable. It is detached, secluded, on a quiet street, ample street parking and completely fenced in. The yard has a ramada with a table, chairs, string lights and a chiminea Inside, you’ll love the exposed adobe, skylight, and wood beam ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen is updated, with full size appliances. In the heart of Armory Park, it is close to 5-points, downtown, historic 4th Ave and Uof A. Thunderbird: a haven for hikers, birders, artists

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Peaceful Little Desert House - mountains, cactus!

So much History on this 7 acre property! The famous Tucson artist, Ted Degrazia, stayed here and actually painted on the walls! If you are coming to the desert for the mountains, the cactus, the sunsets and the wildlife, but also want to be very close to everything; this is the place! There are multiple homes on this property. Our primary home is here and and another vacation home. There is a huge Party Barn on the property that can be added on for events, at a special rate.

Easy access to the U of A (<4 miles) as well as all of the arts, eats, walking/hiking, views, and entertainment that Tucson has to offer!
