The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Enjoy anniversaries, friend trips and family time away from the city. If you decide to leave the tranquility of our pond, you can visit Lake Kaweah, Three Rivers, Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Park.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! River Cottage and Ranch

Nestled in the foothills of the southern Sierra Nevada, this riverfront mountain cottage is just 10 minutes from Sequoia National Park. The cottage has a full kitchen and living room, along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Although it may not be needed with such ample outdoor activities, the space is equipped with WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, and an Apple TV.

This beautiful and unique treehouse will provide you a great getaway, whether you're visiting friends or family or headed to the National parks. Kings Canyon: hour to entrance gate Sequoia: hour and a half to Giant Sequoia Trees Due to safety reasons we do not allow children of any ages at the treehouse. Please do not ask for exceptions.
