This spacious rental nestled on Dewey Mountain within walking distance to everything Saranac Lake has to offer provides privacy. Enjoy the hiking, cross country skiing & mountain biking trails steps from the front door. Decks with outdoor fire pit and grill add to entertaining. The family room fireplace, cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows add to the feeling of the North Woods. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. A six person hot tub on the deck adds to the fun.

A 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a fenced in yard with room to play and a back deck to watch it all happen. We allow 2 small or 1 medium ( 20 to 40 lbs; 15 to 20 inches tall) well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
