There’s original floors, tons of character + comfortable furnishings, fast internet + 2 smart TVs. There’s a small shady-in-summer/sunny-in-winter south-facing back porch w/ loveseat +large covered patio w/ furnishings a in mostly gravel backyard. There’s a legal back house (Chic) which is only accessed from alley so it’s totally private. Driveway+limited on-street parking.

Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard
