When you are ready walk down the hill to Philz and Noe Valley Bakery on 24th Street. Enjoy the boutiques, restaurants, and Whole Foods on 24th Street!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, Inner Sunset Parkside SF neighborhood. This home is newly remodeled. Spacious open common areas with all brand new appliances. 3bd and 2ba. The master suite has a king bed, bathroom and a small balcony. 2nd room has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Home is close to shops/restaurants at West Portal, Mosaic Steps, Grand View, Golden Gate Park and short drive to Ocean Beach. I’m the owner/host and reside in the lower unit.

Our large, private-entrance, one-bedroom Garden Suite is spacious and quiet. Located in our family home in Presidio Heights, you have convenient access to the Presidio, its miles of hiking trails, activities, VC and tech offices. We are a quick walk or ride to anywhere else in the city. Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Sweet Noe Valley Suite

Relax at this quiet, peaceful, private and cozy suite. Enjoy the deck and garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. It can accommodate 4 with less privacy. Over 2 adult guests there is an extra fee of $25/per night. Children under 16 are free. Public transportation, restaurants, cafes, whole foods, bakery etc are all in walking distance. There is street parking with no restrictions. Dog friendly and of course wifi. I live on the property and available should you need anything.

Suite in Historic Noe Valley Victorian

Sunny suite that opens to a spacious deck with Noe Valley views. The suite has a clean flow and separate entrance that was updated in 2019. The space is ideal for 1-2 people. We also love hosting families with small children. We live directly above the suite. This historic building has thin walls so while charming there will be noise above however 8pm-8am is very quiet. Lastly, no unregistered visitors or guests, no parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping.
