410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. In the summer, hike, bike, float the Wenatchee river, golf at Kahler Glen or hang out at the state park beach. In the winter snow shoe and cross country ski at the state park, ski at Stevens Pass 20 miles away and head to Leavenworth for a slice of Bavaria. Then soak in the hot tub and cozy up in front of the fireplace.

Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.
