Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Newly built in 2020, the centrally located apartment building Noreia Granda is located in close proximity to shopping and mountain lifts in Ortisei. Der Pilathof liegt abgelegen und mitten in der Natur und ist nur mit einem Geländewagen (ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt von St.Ulrich) oder in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Naturliebhaber. Eine Privatsauna steht zu Verfügung.
