George Gilbert Suite

Welcome to my delightful basement suite nestled in welcoming Riverdale. Featuring a generously sized main bedroom and a cozy secondary bedroom, this suite offers two bathrooms and is located on a quiet street adjacent to a community greenspace with a forested park, an ice rink, and a playground. Find yourself a short walk away from the local grocery store (5-10 minutes), the hospital (10-15 minutes), and the vibrant downtown (15-20 minutes), with scenic trails accompanying you most of the way.

Midnight Sun Cabin

You should have a vehicle to make the best of your Yukon adventure, If you’re not comfortable driving feel free to ask for suggestions. This cabin has a composting toilet and it is taller than a regular toilet, if you have concerns please advise before booking. Please do not turn off heating when you check out in winter. This cabin is located in our yard so you will see vehicles in the yard but it has a secluded deck. The wifi can be spotty. Pets are welcome as long as they are potty trained.

In our suite you will find a full-sized fridge, washer, and dryer, and unlimited high-speed internet along with Netflix for your viewing enjoyment.

Mike’s Place Entire Guest Suite w/Private Entrance

Clean N cozy basement suite w/ private entrance located in Riverdale. Its 5 mins drive to hospital, 8 mins drive downtown and 15 mins drive to the airport. The suite can be access just by pressing the doorcode so you can conveniently check in anytime. The suite has 1 bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area where a pellet stove provides warmth around the clock. Parking is available at right side of the driveway (behind the red car).

Modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath in the heart of downtown Whitehorse. Free powered parking just steps from the building entrance. This unit is within walking distance of all downtown Whitehorse has to offer... Yukon River, restaurants, coffee shops, conference centers, bus stops, local shops and so much more. Note to past guests that this until no longer has a second bed in the spare room this is now a one bedroom/bed unit with an office. It’s only suited for a couple or a single person.

THE HOBO - 35 min from Whitehorse

Located on the headwaters of the Yukon River, 2 kilometers from Alaska Highway, half hour drive to Whitehorse. The cabin faces Marsh Lake, where thousands of swans, ducks and other waterbirds congregate each spring. Gorgeous view of mountain peaks. Sandy beach and forest trails. Cabin is self sufficient, with an antique double bed, wood stove, and kitchenette- blue jug water system, small fridge and hotplate. Free wifi and dog friendly. A sweet outhouse in the woods.

We recommend that our guests rent a vehicle for the duration of their stay to make the most of the incredible sights around Whitehorse. Aurora borealis (aka the Northern Lights) when active are often visible right from your front door. Come and check it out!

Our cabin is an ideal location for Northern Lights viewing in the Whitehorse area, there is no light pollution and a perfect view of the northern sky from the comfort of the cabin. Our property is surrounded by Yukon Wilderness, endless trails and nearby historic Lake Laberge. The cabin is newly constructed in 2016, private, clean and comfortable. Our place is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
