Rodeado de frondosos árboles, este refugio tradicional ofrece una conexión única con la naturaleza. Su forma circular y estructura sencilla evocan tiempos antiguos, mientras que su ubicación privilegiada permite disfrutar de vistas panorámicas y una tranquilidad absoluta. El chozo es un rincón perfecto para quienes buscan paz, silencio y contacto directo con el entorno natural.

Construida con piedra, suelos hidráulicos y techos de vigas de madera de castaño, todo restaurado manteniendo la esencia rural!

Our guesthouse is located in a 10 hectares property with private access to the lake. You are offered a spacious, independent 50 m2 apartment with large windows into the natural and organic landscape and access to a free (shared with owners) pool and parking. The apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and one bedroom is located in a multicultural family house. We are 1.5 km from Mourao city and 2 km from the public sandy beach. You can reach us from 3 different airports: Lisbon, Faro, Seville.

Studio OC shared pool in Alentejo

Made to enjoy life with friends & family this villa was designed by the well-known architect, João Favila Menezes. Estudio do OC makes part of a Main villa that became an important reference point for contemporary architecture in Alentejo. The studio interiors were decorated with TLC by us. Its located in the middle of the nature, cheeps and cows, 2h away from Lisbon or Faro airport. You need a car to get to the property, normally you can reach the property the same day you land in Lisbon.

The village of Mourão is within walking distance and offers many cafés and restaurants as well as shopping facilities and a weekly market.

A propriedade é uma casa antiga totalmente recuperada, prevalecendo a arquitetura alentejana com a utilização de materiais da zona. É composta por 3 quartos (2 no rés chão e um no 1º andar), vom várias áreas de estar e de lazer. O exterior tem um tanque piscina, um telheiro com zona de refeição e barbecue. A 10 minutos de distância pode disfrutar das praias fluviais de Mourão e Monsaraz e encantar-se com a vista do Algueva da vila de Monsaraz.
