Driftwood – Sea, Sunsets & Village Square Charm

Driftwood is a 4-storey, traditional Maltese house, located in the square of Kalkara, beside the steps of the local church, in the proximity of the well sought, Three Cities. You'll enjoy the rooftop all to yourself, with deckchairs, a BBQ and a great view of the harbour and the bastions. Facing the Grand Harbour with full sea views from the living room as well as the upstairs bedroom (this is a duplex with two floors, bedroom on top, living room and small kitchenette downstairs), situated exactly between the Lower Barakka and the Upper Barakka Gardens, with the beautiful site of cruise liners and luxury yachts coming in and out right in front of you in the Grand Harbour.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
