Or, relax on in front of the fireplace with a good book. There are endless possibilities to enjoy a fun, pieceful and healthy holiday in Swedish Värmland. All seasons have their own charm.

This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Ideal both for summer and winter holidays on beautiful Hölö (Stavsnäs) w walking dist to the sea (400 meters), bus and family-friendly sand beaches. Main house (90 m2) with 3 BRs (sleeps 7 people), kitchen, bathroom w shower, and a wonderful conservatory w dining area. Guest house (25 m2) w 1 BR (2 beds), basic kitchen, and living room w sofa bed (1~2 people).

The property consists of several smaller houses, a private hottub, a swimspa, and sauna and is located immediately by one of Östa Stränder beaches. The houses are all beautifully renovated and decorated. This location is great for a family or two or a bigger group. Tranquility is a fact once you arrive.

The house has three spacious bedrooms, fresh living room, equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a nice terrace. Please, take good care of our house as it was yours.
