This super cozy apartment is located centrally in Malmö at Nobeltorget and is close to the nightlife, city center and shopping while being in a place where it is very calm and quiet. Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

Du får tillgång till en lummig trädgård med grillplats, ett lusthus och du kan till och med unna dig en avslappnande och rogivande stund i vår relaxavdelning med bastu, bubbelpool & massagefåtölj. Spacious and bright two bedroom apartment right next door to the Amalienborg castle in Copenhagen. Close to everything the city has to offer, but tucked away in a quiet area without streetnoise. Newly renovated with all amenities for short and longer stays. Two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a sleeper sofa that doubles as an extra living room or workspace during the day. A spacious bathroom. Large kitchen and dining area with everything necessary to cook at home.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
