Located at the end of a private driveway, the cottage features an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large windows overlooking the lake provide a scenic view as well as natural light throughout the day. A short drive to groceries, restaurants, playground/splash pad, snowmobiling and snowshoeing trails for nature lovers!

Situated just 20 minutes south of North Bay, this small, basic, and old-fashioned retreat is perfect for couples, families, and fishing enthusiasts seeking a classic Northern Ontario getaway. The cabin comes equipped with all the basic amenities you’ll need, including two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a stall shower. You’ll have your own private yard, a lovely fire pit for evening gatherings, and a private dock.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
