Located on 10 acres, The Barn is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Stables. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to skiing and snow boarding at Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, a short 45 minute drive away. Bluestone Farm Cottage 19th Century - 3BR w/ View

Welcome to Karool Cottages, your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, 'Karool' being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd's hut, grain store, and carriage room. The cottages and facilities were renovated in 2016 to include all of the creature comforts and amenities to provide you with a private five-star experience right in the heart of farm country.

The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.

Nestled between the Main Street and Queenscliff’s beautiful beaches lies Navestock. Over 100 years old Navestock was once a woodwork shed that has been recently renovated. Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery.
