The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
