Es un alojamiento compuesto por 1 casa, totalmente independiente para los huespedes, está ubicada en la periferia del poblado de Viñales, en una colina con hermosas vistas al valle de Viñales, al poblado y a los mogotes, barrio muy tranquilo, amplias zonas comunes para los huéspedes. Casa con mucha iluminación y ventilación natural, cerca del hotel la Ermita, paladares y centros comerciales. Desde la casa se le ayuda a organizar excursiones a caballo, caminatas, en bici o en taxis.
